Release from Cancellation Charge for Student Termination. Student may request that University release the requirement to pay the cancellation charge as a result of the Student terminating the contract by submitting a petition to University. University will review submitted petitions based upon the information provided and respond to the Student within a reasonable period of time not to exceed 10 business days.
