Common use of Release Instrument Clause in Contracts

Release Instrument. Within 10 days after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landowner an instrument of release by which Lessee releases all of its rights under this Agreement and conveys to Landowner all of Lessee's right, title and interest in and to the Property free and clear of any burdens, claims, encumbrances or liens created by, through or under Lessee.
