Release of a Player. 4.9.1 If a player has executed an Offer and Acceptance Agreement requests a release from that team, the player may, for good cause shown, as determined by the Executive Board of Directors of the Evergreen
4.9.2 If a player has signed an Offer and Acceptance Agreement and requests a release or transfer from the club because of code of conduct violations by persons in the present club, which is supported by an investigation made by the Ethics/Compliance Committee of the Evergreen Region or a person designated by the Commissioner acting in that capacity, the player may be granted a transfer without club authorization.
