Common use of Release of Acquired Slot Clause in Contracts

Release of Acquired Slot. Subject to the conditions and upon compliance with all of the requirements of this Section 6.02 and Article 7 hereof and any applicable requirements of the TIA, and provided that any Slot which may be assigned, transferred and conveyed to the Slot Trust shall immediately upon such assignment, transfer and conveyance, for all purposes under the Indenture, the Pledge Agreement, the Declaration, any Subsequent Deed of Conveyance and this Agreement become and be an Acquired Slot, the Acquired Slot or Acquired Slots, as the case may be, released pursuant to Section 6.02(a) or 6.02(b), as the case may be, shall cease to be Acquired Slots for all purposes hereof and of the Indenture and the Operative Documents (unless later reassigned, retransferred and reconveyed to the Slot Trust).
