Common use of Release of Additional Approved Security Clause in Contracts

Release of Additional Approved Security. If the Contractor has given the Commonwealth additional Approved Security for payment for unfixed goods and materials, the Commonwealth must release such security to the Contractor when those goods and materials are incorporated into the Works.
