Common use of Release of Asset to the borrower Clause in Contracts

Release of Asset to the borrower. RCFL shall be willing to consider handing over possession of asset (release) to the borrower any time after repossession and before concluding sale transaction of the asset, provided RCFL dues are cleared in full. RCFL at its own discretion may release the repossessed asset to the borrower by accepting the amount outstanding as on the date of such release; however this would not be a matter of right for the borrower.
