Release of Bank. The Company acknowledges that as of the date of this Amendment it has no defense, setoff or counterclaim with respect to the Obligations of the Company to the Bank. THE COMPANY RELEASES THE BANK FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WHICH MAY HAVE ARISEN, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXISTING AGREEMENT ON OR PRIOR TO THE DATE HEREOF.
