Release of Contract Audit and Contract Administration Information. Disclosure of cost, pricing and billing information to government auditors and contracting officers in connection with final indirect costs and rates, administration of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and advance agreements and other customary contract audit and administration matters are exceptions to the requirements of Sections 7.8 and 7.9 of this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, disclosure of cost, pricing and billing information in connection with customary contract audit and administration matters by HII or New NGC will not require prior notification to each other.
