Release of Deposit and Source-code licence. 1. Besides the existing right (of use) granted by the Supplier to the Beneficiary in respect of the Software, the Supplier hereby irrevocably grants the Source-code Licence to the Beneficiary without charge, which right is hereby accepted by the Beneficiary.
