Release of Depositor and Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee. (a) The Depositor and the Depositor Eligible Lender Trustee hereby acknowledge and agree that, upon Transfer of the Transferred Assets and payment of the Purchase Price, the Trust will become the successor in interest to the Depositor with respect to the Transferred Assets.
