Common use of Release of Escrow Corpus Clause in Contracts

Release of Escrow Corpus. The Escrow Corpus held pursuant to this Escrow Agreement is intended to serve as security and provide a non-exclusive source of funds for the payment of any amounts which may become payable in respect of the claims and matters described in Section 2 above, on or prior to the Escrow Release Date. The Escrow Corpus shall only be distributed and released as follows:
