Release of Escrow Corpus. The Escrow Corpus held pursuant to this Escrow Agreement is intended to serve as security and provide a non-exclusive source of funds for the payment of any amounts which may become payable in respect of the claims and matters described in Section 2 above, on or prior to the Escrow Release Date.
