Release of Funds from Reserve Account. On each Payment Date, the Trustee shall withdraw all cash on deposit in the Reserve Account in excess of the Reserve Required Amount and deposit such amount in the Collection Account, for application on such Payment Date as Available Funds in accordance with Section 3.1 of this Indenture.
