Release of Funds. When there are no Notes Outstanding and all amounts due from the Trust to the Indenture Trustee have been paid in full under Section 6.7 or 10.1, the Indenture Trustee will release the Series 2023-5 Collateral from the Lien of this Indenture and release to the Trust or any other Person entitled to those funds under this Indenture, the other Series 2023-5 Series Related Documents or the Transaction Documents, the funds then in the Series 2023-5 Accounts under this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee will release Series 2023-5 Collateral from the Lien of this Indenture under this Section 8.4(c) only on receipt of a Trust Request and an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel meeting the requirements of Section 11.3.
