Common use of Release of Guarantor and Termination of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Release of Guarantor and Termination of Guarantee. A Guarantor shall, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, be automatically and unconditionally released and discharged from all obligations under this Indenture and its Guarantee without any action required on the part of the Trustee or any Holder; provided that such Guarantor would not, immediately after such release and discharge, be required to become a Guarantor pursuant to Section 1402:
