Common use of Release of Individual Properties Clause in Contracts

Release of Individual Properties. A Borrower on one or more -------------------------------- occasions may obtain (i) the release of the Collateral Property owned by it from the Liens of the Mortgages thereon (and related Loan Documents) and (ii) the release of such Borrower's obligations under the Loan Documents with respect to such Collateral Property (other than those expressly stated to survive), upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions:

Release of Individual Properties. A Borrower on one or more -------------------------------- occasions may obtain (i) the release of the Collateral an Individual Property owned by it or a Subparcel from the Liens Lien of the Mortgages Mortgage thereon (and related Loan Documents) and (ii) the release of such Borrower's obligations under the Loan Documents with respect to such Collateral Individual Property or Subparcel (other than those expressly stated to survive), upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions:

A Borrower on one or more -------------------------------- occasions may obtain (i) the release of the Collateral an individual Property owned by it from the Liens Lien of the Mortgages Deed of Trust thereon (and related Loan Documents) and (ii) the release of such Borrower's obligations under the Loan Documents with respect to such Collateral Property (other than those expressly stated to survive), upon payment of the applicable Release Amount and satisfaction of each of the following conditions:

Release of Individual Properties. A Borrower on one or more -------------------------------- occasions may obtain (i) the individual release of the Collateral an Individual Property owned by it from the Liens Lien of the Mortgages Mortgage thereon (and related Loan Documents) and (ii) the release of such Borrower's obligations under the Loan Documents with respect to such Collateral that Individual Property (other than those expressly stated to survive), upon satisfaction of each of the following conditions:
