RELEASE OF LIEN OF TRUST INDENTURE. Owner Trustee, in each instance referred to in the Lease in which a transfer of any property is required to be made by Owner Trustee to Lessee or any other Person (other than Mortgagee or Owner Participant), shall, at Lessee's request and expense, use its reasonable efforts to procure from Mortgagee the prompt release of the Lien of the Trust Indenture with respect to such property.
