RELEASE OF LIEN OF TRUST INDENTURE. Each of Lessee, Lessor and Mortgagee agrees that in each instance referred to in the Lease in which a transfer of any property is required to be made by Lessor to Lessee or any other Person (other than Mortgagee), Mortgagee shall, upon request of Lessor and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Lease and the Trust Indenture, including payment of all amounts then due and payable to each Liquidity Provider as Supplemental Rent, promptly execute (at Lessee's cost and expense) such instruments as Lessor or Lessee may reasonably request to evidence the release of the Lien of the Trust Indenture with respect to such property.
