Common use of Release of Liens on the Collateral Clause in Contracts

Release of Liens on the Collateral. (a) The Collateral Trustee’s Liens upon the Collateral will no longer secure the Notes or other Obligations outstanding under this Indenture (but not necessarily any other Priority Lien Debt), and the right of the Holders to the benefits and proceeds of the Collateral Trustee’s Liens on the Collateral will automatically and without the need for any further action by any Person (other than notice of such release to the Collateral Trustee, but the failure to deliver such notice shall not affect such release) terminate and be discharged:
