Release of Loan Documents Following a Lien Release Dividend. To the extent that portions of Transferred Loans are transferred pursuant to a Lien Release Dividend under Section 2.16 and such portions of transferred Loans are part of a Permitted Securitization Transaction, the Trustee may, but only with the Agent’s prior written consent, and upon terms and conditions satisfactory to the Agent, including without limitation the execution by the servicer of the sold Loans of all such documents as the Agent may require, release original Loan Documents (excluding the related original Underlying Note(s) evidencing the portion of the Transferred Loan remaining as part of the Collateral) to the servicer of such sold Transferred Loans for the purposes of enforcing or servicing such Loans in connection with a Permitted Securitization Transaction.
