Release of Monetary Recovery for Claims Brought on Employee’s Behalf. This release covers not only any and all individual, class and/or representative claims Employee ever had or now has against any Releasee, but it also covers any such claim for a monetary recovery asserted on Employee’s behalf by any other person or entity, including, without limitation, any government agency, and Employee waives the right to any such monetary recovery.
