Common use of Release of New Products Clause in Contracts

Release of New Products. If Supplier begins to sell a similar product not listed on the Agreement pricelist, then Supplier must notify KP within 30 days after governmental approval or Supplier's release of the product. At KP's discretion, KP and Supplier may amend the Agreement pricing to add the new Product at a mutually agreed-upon price.
