Common use of Release of Optioned Shares Clause in Contracts

Release of Optioned Shares. As soon as reasonably practicable after the Transfer Restrictions shall have lapsed with respect to any Optioned Shares purchased by you upon exercise of the Option, the Company shall deliver to you, or your legal representative in the case of your death, the certificate or certificates representing such shares and any shares (or other property) received in any Non-Cash Distribution in respect of such shares, previously deposited in escrow with the Company pursuant to Section 4 hereof, without any legend referring to the Transfer Restrictions or the Company Repurchase Option.
