Common use of Release of Other Claims Clause in Contracts

Release of Other Claims. I fully release, acquit, and forever discharge the Company from any and all other charges, actions, causes of action, claims, grievances, damages, obligations, suits, agreements, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees or any other liability of any kind whatsoever of which I have knowledge as of the time I sign this General Release.
