Release of outgoing Servicer. Except as provided in clause 7.4, upon retirement or removal and provided there has been payment to the Trustee of all sums due to it by the outgoing Servicer under this Agreement at that date, the outgoing Servicer shall be released from all further obligations under this Agreement but no release under this clause shall extend to any existing or antecedent fraud, negligence or wilful default on the part of the outgoing Servicer or its officers, employees, agents or delegates.
