RELEASE OF PERSONAL OBLIGATIONS. (1) Subject to subclause (2), on the transfer by any party to this Deed of the land of which that party is the registered proprietor, that party is, as from the date of registration of the transfer, released from all personal obligations of that party under this Deed.
