Common use of Release of Prior Financing Clause in Contracts

Release of Prior Financing. The Administrative Agent shall have received termination statements, releases and such other similar documents, including but not limited to UCC Form UCC-3 termination statements, if any, necessary to release all existing Liens (other than Permitted Encumbrances) and other rights of any Person (other than the Security Trustee) in such Eligible Aircraft and all related Collateral;
