Common use of Release of Proceeds Upon Payment of Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Release of Proceeds Upon Payment of Indebtedness. Upon payment in full of all Indebtedness and the termination of the Commitment, the remainder of such proceeds held by Mortgagee, if any, shall be paid over to Mortgagor upon demand, and a release of the interest hereby assigned will be made, without recourse or warranty, by Mortgagee to Mortgagor at its request and its expense.
