Common use of Release of Resources Clause in Contracts

Release of Resources. Personnel and equipment of a Responding Party shall be released by the Incident Commander or EOC of the Requesting Party when the assistance is no longer required; or when the Responding Party requests the return of such resources. The release of all resources shall be communicated and documented through the EOC resource management system.
