Release of Restricted Shares. 100% of the Restricted Shares shall, subject to the Founder’s continued Service with the Company, become Unrestricted Shares and be released from the Right of Repurchase and the restrictive provisions hereof on the first anniversary of the Effective Date.
Release of Restricted Shares. The Restricted Shares shall be released from the Company Repurchase Right upon vesting of the Option with respect to such Shares in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, all Shares with respect to which the Option is exercised shall at all times be assumed to be Restricted Shares to the fullest extent possible under the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise provided by the Administrator. Fractional Shares shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share.
