Common use of Release of Settlement Class Members’ Claims Clause in Contracts

Release of Settlement Class Members’ Claims. Upon the Effective Date of the Settlement, the Plaintiffs and each Settlement Class Member shall be deemed to have, and by operation of the Final Order and Judgment shall have, released, waived, and discharged the Released Parties from his, her, or its Released Claims as defined above. This release will run with the vehicle if the Settlement Class Member sells the Class Vehicle.
