Common use of Release of Stockpiled Wet Sand Clause in Contracts

Release of Stockpiled Wet Sand. At the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, SSS shall release to Producer care, custody, and control of all Wet Sand, Dry Sand, and Dry Sand Byproduct on the Site.

Release of Stockpiled Wet Sand. At the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, SSS Seller shall release to Producer care, custody, and control of all Wet Sand, Dry Sand, and Dry Sand Byproduct on the Site, including that held in the Wet Sand Stock Pile Area, to SSS.
