Common use of Release of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Release of the Guarantee. The Guarantee shall be automatically and unconditionally released and discharged under this Indenture upon the discharge of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture in accordance with the terms of this Indenture. At the request of the Company and upon delivery of an Officer’s Certificate and Opinion of Counsel, the Trustee shall execute any documents reasonably requested by the Company in order to evidence the release of the Guarantor from its obligations under the Guarantee.

Release of the Guarantee. The Guarantee shall be automatically and unconditionally released and discharged under this Indenture upon the discharge of the Company’s obligations under this Indenture in accordance with the terms of this Indenture. At the request of the Company and upon delivery of an Officer’s Certificate and Opinion of Counsel, the Trustee shall shall, at the expense of the Company, execute any documents reasonably requested by the Company in order to evidence the release of the Guarantor from its obligations under the Guarantee.
