Release on Assignment. Upon the assignment or transfer of this Sublease by the Sublessee, the Sublessee shall be released from its obligations pursuant to this Sublease as they relate to the period following the date of the assignment or transfer and the assignee or transferee shall assume all obligations of the Sublessee under this Sublease.
