Release or Delivery of Securities for Other Purposes. Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, release or deliver any securities held by it for the account of a Portfolio for any other purpose (in addition to those specified in paragraphs 4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H, 4I, 4J, 4K, 4L and 4M hereof) which the Fund declares is a proper corporate purpose pursuant to Proper Instructions.
