Common use of Release or Reconveyance Clause in Contracts

Release or Reconveyance. Upon payment in full of the Indebtedness and performance in full of the Obligations, Beneficiary, at Grantor’s expense, shall release the liens and security interests created by this Deed of Trust or reconvey the Trust Property to Grantor. Beneficiary shall also release Beneficiary’s lien and security interest created by this Deed of Trust or reconvey the Trust Property to Grantor upon the satisfaction of the release conditions contained in Section 3.5 or elsewhere in the Indenture.

Release or Reconveyance. Upon payment in full of the Indebtedness and performance in full of the Obligations, Beneficiary, at Grantor’s expense, shall release the liens and security interests created by this Deed of Trust or reconvey the Trust Property to Grantor. Beneficiary shall also release Beneficiary’s lien and security interest created by this Deed of Trust or reconvey the Trust Property to Grantor upon the satisfaction of the release conditions contained in Section 3.5 or elsewhere in the IndentureLoan Agreement.

Beneficiary shall also release Beneficiary’s lien and security interest created by this Deed of Trust or reconvey the Trust Property to Grantor upon the satisfaction of the release conditions contained in Section 3.5 or elsewhere in the Indenture.
