Release Reporting and Corrective Action. (a) Lessee shall report any Release of a Hazardous Material from Lessee’s Operations onto the Premises in an amount equal to or greater than the Reportable Quantity for that substance to Lessor and, as required by Legal Requirements, to the appropriate government agency(ies) and/or authority(ies). Lessor shall report any Release of a Hazardous Material from its Operations onto the Premises in an amount equal to or greater than the Reportable Quantity for that substance to Lessee and, as required by Legal Requirements, to the appropriate government agency(ies) and/or authority(ies).
