RELEASE REQUIRED FOR SEVERANCE PAYMENTS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, as a condition precedent to the receipt of any payment under Section 6, Section 7, or Section 9 of this Agreement pursuant to Executive’s termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall be required to execute a general waiver and release agreement, in form drafted by and satisfactory to the Company, providing for the complete waiver, release, and discharge of all known and unknown present and future claims against the Company to be delivered no later than sixty (60) days following the Executive’s Separation of Service, any revocation of release period provided by law has run, and Executive has not revoked the release of claims and covenant not to xxx within such period.
