Release Schedules Clause Samples
A Release Schedules clause defines the timing and conditions under which payments, funds, or deliverables are distributed over the course of a contract. Typically, it outlines specific milestones, dates, or performance criteria that must be met before each portion of the payment or asset is released, such as monthly installments or upon completion of project phases. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when obligations are fulfilled and helps manage risk by tying releases to measurable progress or achievements.
Release Schedules. 3.1. As long as the arrangement is in place, the Creator has the right to request a release date for the products they wish to sell. NGP Entertainment reserves the right to set a date depending on time, the price of the product, quality of the product and the release date of other products.
3.2. NGP Entertainment will confirm the release date in writing when it is planned. After the release date has been set, two deadlines will be provided for the Creator to meet, known as the Promo Deadline and Release Date. The Creator is expected to fully comply with these deadlines.
Release Schedules. Company shall support each current release and the prior release of all Software Programs. Software Programs shall be updated for each E&S software release. Company shall use its best efforts to synchronize with E&S' release cycles and milestones.
Release Schedules. Company, in consultation with WEA, shall select a reasonable release date for each specific Product from the release dates offered by WEA (which shall be the same release dates as are generally offered by WEA to the WMG Labels). WEA shall meet each established release schedule provided that Company has had the initial order of finished units of the applicable Product manufactured and delivered to WEA's warehouses in reasonably sufficient time for WEA to do so. In connection therewith, WEA shall furnish Company with new release book due dates, merchandise in depots due dates and WEA's requirements for product release schedules.
