Common use of RELEASE TIME FOR MEET AND CONFER SESSIONS Clause in Contracts

RELEASE TIME FOR MEET AND CONFER SESSIONS. A maximum of three (3) employees covered by this Agreement and appointed by the OCEA shall be granted reasonable release time for attending meet and confer sessions at the bargaining table. Release time shall not be compensated for any hours that exceed the employee's regularly scheduled hours of work.
