Common use of Release Upon Redelivery or Payment Clause in Contracts

Release Upon Redelivery or Payment. If the Custodian is not the Servicer or an Affiliate thereof, upon the redelivery of any Receivable pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement or the payment in full of any Receivable, which shall be evidenced by the delivery to the Custodian of a Request for Release and Receipt of Documents in the form of Exhibit B executed by the Servicer and acknowledged by the Indenture Trustee, the Custodian shall promptly release the associated Custodian File to the Servicer.
