Release Upon Voluntary Exercise of Warrants. Upon receipt of a Notice of Exercise of the exercise by a Holder of all or part of the Warrant(s) held by such Holder pursuant to Section 2(a) of the Warrants, the Agent shall release out of the Pledged Collateral to such Holder, such number of Pledged Shares as is set forth in the Notice of Exercise.
