Released for Construction Documents. Developer shall submit to TxDOT all Released for Construction (RFC) Documents in accordance with the Submittal requirements of the PSQMP. Developer’s RFC Documents shall comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents, and shall be detailed, complete, constructible, and shall allow verification of the design criteria and compliance with Contract Documents. Not later than two Business Days after Developer has completed design of any particular RFC Document, Developer shall submit the signed and sealed document to TxDOT. Developer shall prepare and provide all Project-related Submittals and documents using English units of measure.
Released for Construction Documents shall Developer's Design Documents issued for the purpose of construction which have been reviewed and accepted by TxDOT, as applicable, authorizing construction.

Released for Construction Documents. ENGINEER will revise 100% Design Documents, described in section 1.6.2, based on review comments from OWNER’s review and from MDNR’s review (if applicable). ENGINEER’s deliverables (drawings and technical specifications) will be in electronic format only (PDF), signed by a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.
