This release includes any claim the Indiana Attorney General could 13 have brought under Indiana’s Deceptive Consumer Sales Act, Indiana Code chapter 24- 15 this release in their official capacities and release only claims that the Indiana Attorney 16 General or the Indiana Securities Commissioner acting with the assistance of the Indiana 17 Attorney General have the authority to bring and release.

The Indiana Attorney General and the Indiana Securities Commissioner execute this release in their official capacities and release only claims that the Indiana Attorney 16 General or the Indiana Securities Commissioner acting with the assistance of the Indiana 17 Attorney General have the authority to bring and release.
