Releases of Guarantees. A Guarantee by a Guarantor shall be automatically and unconditionally released and discharged, and no further action by such Guarantor, the Company or the Trustee is required for the release of such Guarantor’s Guarantee, upon any of the following events, except with respect to any series of Securities for which the supplemental indenture or Board Resolution under which such series of Securities is issued or in the form of Security for such series expressly provides that any such event shall not apply or any other event shall apply:
