Releases of Guarantees. (a) If the Notes are defeased in accordance with the terms of Article VIII of this Indenture, then each Guarantor shall be deemed to have been released from and discharged of its obligations under its Guarantee as provided in Article VIII hereof in respect of such Notes, subject to the conditions stated therein.
