Releases Shall Remain Effective. Each of Rambus and SK hynix acknowledges that, after entering into this Agreement, they may discover facts different from, or in addition to, those they now believe to be true with respect to the conduct of the other Party. Each of Rambus and SK hynix intends that the releases and discharges set forth in this Article 4 and the [***] Release (attached hereto as Exhibit C hereto) shall be, and shall remain, in effect in all respects as written, notwithstanding the discovery of any different or additional facts.
