Releases to Canada. Split Lake Cree releases and discharges Canada from any claims and demands, whatsoever, including claims, if any, of a fiduciary character, which may arise in respect of Canada's obligations to Split Lake Cree for anything done or omitted to be done by Canada to the Date of this Agreement in relation to the matters dealt with in this Article.
