RELEASES VOID. Neither Party shall require (i) waivers or releases of any personal rights or (ii) execution of documents which conflict with the terms of this MSA and/or a Purchase Order from employees, representatives or customers of the other in connection with visits to its premises, and both Parties agree that no such releases, waivers or documents shall be pleaded by them or third persons in any action or proceeding.
