RELETTING BY THE LANDLORD. 9.1 Should the Tenant/Occupant fail to pay any monthly instalment on its due date, or commit a breach of any of the other terms of this lease, or should the Tenant/Occupant surrender his/her estate or should his/her estate be sequestrated, provisionally or otherwise, the Landlord shall have the right to notify the Tenant/Occupant in writing to rectify such failure within twenty one (21) days and if the Tenant/Occupant should thereafter still fail to respond, the Landlord shall have the right forthwith and without any further notice to the Tenant/Occupant, to cancel this lease and to evacuate or have evacuated from the Property the Tenant/Occupant or any other person occupying the Property, and to claim such amounts for monthly instalments, damages, or otherwise from him. The Landlord will be entitled to lease the Property from date of such cancellation to any prospective new Tenant/Occupant at his sole discretion and this new Tenant/Occupant will have full access to the premises. The Tenant/Occupant undertakes to immediately vacate the premises.
