Common use of Relevant Bail Clause in Contracts

Relevant Bail. in Power means, in the case of the Issuer, the Norwegian Bail-in Power and, in the case of a Dealer, any write-down, conversion, transfer, modification, or suspension power existing from time to time under, and exercised in compliance with, any laws, regulations, rules or requirements in effect in the jurisdiction of the relevant Dealer, relating to the implementation of the BRRD;

Relevant Bail. in Power means, in the case of the Issuer, the Norwegian Bail-in Power and, in the case of the Agent or a DealerPaying Agent, any write-down, conversion, transfer, modification, or suspension power existing from time to time under, and exercised in compliance with, any laws, regulations, rules or requirements in effect in the jurisdiction of the Agent or the relevant DealerPaying Agent, relating to the implementation of the BRRD;

Relevant Bail. in Power means, in the case of the Issuer, the Norwegian Bail-in Power and, in the case of a Dealer, means any write-down, conversion, transfer, modification, or suspension power existing from time to time under, and exercised in compliance with, any laws, regulations, rules or requirements in effect in the jurisdiction of the relevant Dealer, Relevant BRRD Party relating to the implementation of the BRRD;; and
